怎样就车速查发电机二极管性能好坏

二极管极性一般从外部标记判断:

管壳涂有红色标记的为正极管，管壳底部涂有黑色或蓝色标记为负极管。就车用万用表检测二极管,首先将二极管与每相绕组接线断开，将万用表拨到Rx或Rx1k,试棒负极接发电机外壳或二极管外壳，另一试棒正级分别接三支三极管引线,万用表测得数值在8~10欧姆。将两试棒调换一下位置,万用表测得数值在1千欧姆以_上,表明二极管良好。

二极管正、反向电阻值差越大说明性能越好,若正、反测得指示值都等于零，说明二极管短路。正、反测得指示值“无穷符号”则为二极管断路。
